SMS Messaging Terms & Disclosure
These terms apply to text messages sent through ClientFlow by businesses that use the platform.
Last updated: August 20, 2026
Program description
Businesses use ClientFlow to text their own customers. Messages are conversational and transactional in nature: replies to an enquiry, appointment and job updates, quotes and follow-ups, missed-call responses, and — where you have separately agreed to receive them — occasional service or promotional updates from that business. The business that collected your number is the sender; ClientFlow is the software they use.
Consent
- You will only receive messages if you gave the business your mobile number and affirmatively agreed to be texted.
- Consent is never a condition of purchase.
- Consent applies only to the business that collected it. It is not transferred, shared or sold.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with the business. Conversational replies occur as needed; recurring programs typically send a small number of messages per month, and the exact expected frequency is disclosed at the point of opt-in.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out — reply STOP
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. Equivalent keywords such as END, QUIT, CANCEL and UNSUBSCRIBE are also honoured. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent to that number.
Help — reply HELP
Reply HELP to any message for support information, contact the business directly, or email support@clientflow.app.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions.
Supported carriers
Messaging is supported on major US carriers. Carrier support may change and delivery is not guaranteed on all networks.
