Customer reviews & feedback
Genuine customer feedback should improve ClientFlow, not become marketing theater.
Verified customer status, transparent moderation, private escalation for sensitive issues, and a strict separation between reviews, suggestions, support cases and test data.
Same rules for praise and criticism
Negative reviews are not removed merely because they are negative. Moderation is limited to defined authenticity, privacy, safety and abuse rules.
Private issues stay private
Billing disputes, security issues, private lead details and account-specific evidence belong in private support, not a public review.
